What is important when choosing a mattress:

Sleeping position is one of the factors that determine the necessary firmness of the mattress to achieve maximum body relaxation and guarantee stable orthopedic support.

• On your side: opt for a medium or medium-soft mattress that keeps the spine in the correct shape and adapts to your body's contours. Memory foam in the cover or as an additional layer in the core will fulfill this function and minimize turning during sleep.

• On your back: this is the healthiest resting position, and in it, the spine remains in a neutral position. For this sleeping position, firm and orthopedic mattresses are recommended, which provide maximum support and comfort at pressure points. These include mattresses with seven support zones and firmness adapted to these points.

• On your stomach: Increasingly, experts recommend avoiding sleeping on your stomach. Although changing sleep habits can be difficult, in the long run, it will positively affect your body and rest. If it's hard for you to fall asleep any other way, it's good to opt for firm or medium-firm mattresses that provide support for the correct spinal alignment. If your mattress is too soft, your pelvis will sink into it, leading to spinal curvature.

Personal preferences: consider every extra you would like from your mattress and do not compromise. This could be the thermoregulating qualities of textiles, anti-allergenic properties, preferences, cooling textiles, etc.

Is there a trial period?

* An important condition is that the product meets the requirements of the trial period:

• The mattress must have a "30-day trial period" or "100-day trial period" label in its description.

• The mattress must be used with a waterproof protector purchased from matraci.bg.

• You must have the original invoice/sales receipt and warranty card.

• The item must be in marketable condition – no signs of use, such as dirt or stains.

• The cover of the double-sided mattress must not be washed. No lifting mechanism should be attached to the single-sided mattress.

• Keep the original packaging and label.

• You must have slept on the mattress for at least 20 days to fully experience its qualities and for us to be sure that this mattress is not suitable for you. It usually takes a person at least 3 weeks to get used to a new mattress.

• If there is a gift with the purchased item, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Fill out the product return and exchange form on our website www.matraci.bg or send an email to sales@matraci.bg. It is mandatory to attach 5 clear photos of the mattress from all sides. After that, our consultant will contact you within 5 business days.

It is important to know that the 30- or 100-day trial period offers an exchange for another product of the same brand - Sleepy.

Our consultant will contact you to confirm the exchange, and you are required to pack the mattress well to protect it from possible damage during transport. If you pack the mattress in stretch film, it will not be accepted by our team at the warehouse and will be returned to you.

A poorly packaged mattress, damaged during transport, will not be received by our employees and will be returned to the customer. In this regard, it is mandatory to insure the product you send.

Transportation costs in both directions are entirely at the customer's expense.

What is the product warranty?

Every product purchased from matraci.bg comes with a manufacturer's warranty. It is important to know that each manufacturer has its own warranty validity conditions.

Upon receipt of your ordered goods, ensure they are in marketable condition in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage or stains on the goods, notify the courier, and they will draw up a Damaged Shipment Protocol. No claims will be accepted for received goods that are damaged or stained subsequently.

When unpacking, look for the warranty card of your purchased product. Different manufacturers place this document in different places. For some, it is glued to the outer plastic in a pocket by the courier, for others, it is visibly attached to the outside of the product, and for others, the warranty card is inside the factory plastic and can be found after unpacking.

When unpacking your mattress or mattress topper, do not use sharp cutting objects. Carefully remove the plastic and allow the mattress to regain its normal size and shape (if it has been rolled).

Any mattress or mattress topper delivered in a roll must be unpacked within 30 days of receipt by the customer. Otherwise, the warranty will be void.

For double-sided mattresses, it is mandatory to use a slatted bed base, and it is recommended to have wooden slats.

Single-sided mattresses and double-sized slatted bed bases should be placed on beds with a central support (the slat that runs through the middle of the bed) for additional support and to prevent breakage/distortion.

Some mattresses may have an odor immediately after unpacking. Do not worry, it is harmless. Like any new item, it will dissipate within two to three days.

The warranty period is specified in the description of each product and, accordingly, in the warranty card.

How much does delivery cost?
