Declaration of Consent for Personal Data Processing

Declaration of consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE

I agree that my personal data, namely full name, email address, and telephone number, be processed by MATRATZI.BG LTD for the performance of a contract for goods purchased or services ordered, as well as for sending informational and promotional messages regarding the products and services of MATRATZI.BG LTD.

I give my consent for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and MATRATZI.BG LTD, and thereafter for the shorter of:

1) the period stipulated for the storage of contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, or

2) the period of 5 years.
