Declaration of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data in Accordance with Article 7 of Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE

I consent to my personal data, namely my full name, address, email address, and telephone number, being processed by МАТРАЦИ.БГ EOOD for the performance of a contract for purchased goods or an ordered service, as well as for sending informational and advertising messages about the products and services of МАТРАЦИ.БГ EOOD.

I provide my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and МАТРАЦИ.БГ EOOD, and thereafter for the shorter of the following:

1) the period prescribed for storing contractual documents under the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, or

2) a period of 5 years.
