Promotion terms and conditions

1. PROMOTION ORGANIZER
The promotion is organized by MATRATSI.BG OOD, with registered office at Ruse 7008, 3-ti Mart Blvd. 74, UIC 203147146. Participants in the Promotion agree to comply with the terms and provisions of the stated official rules of the Promotion. The Official Rules have been prepared and publicly announced in accordance with the requirements of applicable Bulgarian law. The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to supplement or amend the Official Rules, with changes coming into effect only after their prior announcement. 2. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The promotion starts on January 11, 2025, and continues until November 30, 2025, inclusive, or until stocks last.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION
The promotion is conducted on the territory of Bulgaria in all commercial outlets, partners of MATRATSI.BG OOD

4. TERMS AND MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTION

Discounts:
Products marked with a percentage or a fixed amount (leva/euro) discount on a product card on category pages or product pages are offered at the corresponding reduced price for the period mentioned above.

Discount codes received by email cannot be combined with other active codes received on the site during the promotion.

During the promotion period, users can receive an additional discount by signing up with their email in the pop-up window on each page of the site. The code they receive cannot be combined with other discount codes and is valid for everything on the site except for products from the brands Magniflex and isleep. Each code can be used until September 30, inclusive.

5. TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION
The Organizer reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time, by announcing this on the website specified in point 1. The Organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the Promotion at any time, in case of abuse or massive violation of the rules, in the event of force majeure circumstances, or for other objective reasons. Disputes between the Organizer of the Promotion and participants in it shall be resolved by mutual agreement. Any questions related to the promotion can be sent in writing to sales@matraci.bg or by calling +359895510055. If any of the provisions of these general terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or for some reason does not take effect, this shall not affect the validity of the others.

6. JUDICIAL DISPUTES
Any potential legal dispute between the Organizer of the promotion and its participants shall be resolved by mutual agreement; if such agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
