General Terms and Conditions of the “Prices Are Melting” Campaign

The campaign “Prices Are Melting” is valid until stocks run out.

During the campaign, the following participate: selected products and brands, indicated on the website. The promotional prices and discount percentage shown are individual for each product and are calculated based on its regular selling price. The maximum discount within the campaign is up to -80%.

Some products may also have additional promotional mechanisms, such as:

• exclusive promo codes;

• a gift with purchase;

• free delivery;

• Scratch Card offers;

• other special offers.

These mechanisms are valid only for products for which they have been explicitly announced and are applied in accordance with the specific terms of the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated, the promotions cannot be combined with one another or with other active promotional campaigns, discounts, and promo codes.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate individual promotional mechanisms before the end of the campaign if stocks run out or objective circumstances arise, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

General Terms and Conditions of the “Discount or Gift” Campaign

Campaign period

The promotion is valid for the period specified on the website or until stocks of the participating products run out.

Promotion mechanics

All participating products have individually indicated promotional prices.

When purchasing two or more participating products in a single order, the system automatically calculates and applies the most advantageous offer for the customer. Depending on the products selected, this may be:

• the individual promotional price of each product; or

• an additional promotional benefit whereby the cheaper of the participating products is provided free of charge.

The system automatically determines which of the two promotional mechanisms is more advantageous for the customer. Entering a promo code is not required.

Participating products

The promotion applies only to products explicitly designated as participating in the campaign.

Individual discounts may vary for different products and categories.

Combining with other promotions

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns, promo codes, or discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Product returns

When a product is returned, the refund amount is calculated based on the actual price paid for the product, taking into account all promotional terms applied to the relevant order.

Additional terms

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• All other terms regarding delivery, payment, warranty, and product returns remain unchanged and are valid in accordance with the website’s General Terms and Conditions.
