30/100-Day Trial Period for Sleepy Mattresses – Terms and Return Policy

Try your new Sleepy mattress for 30 or 100 nights! If you are not completely satisfied, you have the option to exchange it for another product from our online store.

Important:

• The 30/100-day trial period is valid once only and applies only to Sleepy mattresses.
• A purchased mattress can be exchanged, but no refunds will be issued for paid amounts.
• The duration of the trial period (30 or 100 days) is specified in the description of the particular product. If there is no information about a trial period, it is not available.

How to return a mattress within the trial period?

Fill out the online claims and returns form or send an email to warranty@matraci.bg with the necessary information and exchange your mattress once within the trial period.

The product must meet the following return conditions:

The mattress must be in perfect saleable condition, without visible signs of use, wear, or soiling.
Mandatory use with a waterproof protector, purchased along with the mattress from us and in the same size.
It is recommended to return in the original packaging with the label and purchase documents.
Transportation costs for the return and exchange are at the customer's expense.

Mattresses that do not meet the conditions will be returned to the customer and the trial period will be invalid.

Products that are NOT subject to return and exchange:

Single-sided mattresses with an installed lifting mechanism or with a torn lining.
Double-sided mattresses with a cover washed by the customer.
Mattresses with an incorrect size due to customer error.
Pillows, protectors, bedding, and slatted bed bases.
Products marked "UNPACKED", "SALE" or "SEASONAL SALE".
