We typically dispatch all in-stock items within 1 business day of receiving the order, with the delivery period varying between 1 and 5 business days from the moment of dispatch, depending on the ordered item and the schedule of the courier company delivering the shipment.

The delivery period may be extended in the following cases:

• The item is not in stock. In these cases, we will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery time.

• Non-standard size. If you have ordered a non-standard size, the delivery time depends on the time required for the item's production.

• Force majeure circumstances such as bad weather, peak holiday periods, etc.

Free Delivery

All orders over €50 are delivered free of charge nationwide.

Couriers

We deliver with courier companies Econt, Europat, and Speedy, and for each shipment, we individually assess which courier to use, depending on the courier's current workload, their ability (or inability) to serve a particular location, as well as the parameters/dimensions of the shipment.

Carrying to floors; removal of old mattress; assembly

These services are NOT included in the order price and are the responsibility of the client.

Packaging

Mattresses are usually delivered in vacuum-sealed plastic packaging, rolled up. This packaging method is possible thanks to the high-quality materials used in production and guarantees 100% protection of the mattress from contamination during transport.

Unpacking

All mattresses should be unpacked within 30 days of receipt. After unpacking, the vacuum-sealed mattress needs between 24 and 72 hours to restore its full size. During this period, the mattress should NOT be used.

Shipment Status. Notifications

At the time of generating the waybill for your shipment, you will receive an email with the waybill number, which you can use to track its current status, both on the courier's platform and on our website. On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification from the courier via SMS, Viber, or another communication channel used by the courier company delivering the shipment. 

Acceptance and Inspection

Before accepting the order, carefully inspect it for any external damages. If you notice any, be sure to ask the courier to draw up a report at the time of delivery, and you have the right to return the shipment without being charged for it.

The delivery time for in-stock products during a promotional campaign may take longer than standard. For temporarily out-of-stock products, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. We will contact you if the selected item is not available in our warehouse to confirm the delivery time.
